Curtains and blinds fail on measurement far more often than on fabric. A track cut 20mm short, a recess that is not square, a wall that will not take a fixing — none of that shows up in a showroom.
So we come to you with the fabric books, measure every window ourselves, and quote against real numbers. If something will not work in your space, we say so at the visit rather than on installation day.
