What we collect

When you book a free measurement visit we collect your name, phone number, the emirate and area of the property, the type of property, and optionally your email address and any notes you add.

If you abandon the booking part-way we retain what you entered up to that point, so we can follow up if you asked us to. If you contact us by form, WhatsApp or phone we keep the message and your contact details.

We also collect anonymous usage analytics — pages viewed and roughly where in the country the visit came from. This is not tied to your name or phone number.

Why we collect it

To arrange and carry out the measurement visit, to quote for the work, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them beyond the fitters and workshop staff handling your job.

How long we keep it

Booking and order records are kept for five years, matching the warranty period on the work. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email superiorblindsandcurtains@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your record while work is in progress may mean we cannot complete or warranty the job.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics runs without cookies. A single cookie is used only if you sign in to the site administration area, which is staff-only.
