How dark do guest room curtains need to be?
Total. A guest arriving from another time zone will sleep in the afternoon, and edge light is the single most common complaint in hotel reviews. Wrap-around tracks and a generous centre overlap matter more here than anywhere else.
Can you handle a whole property?
Yes. Rooms are templated by type rather than individually, manufactured in batches and installed floor by floor to keep rooms in service. Lead time runs longer than domestic work because of the volume and the fabric certification.

It depends on room count. Templating and manufacture run around two to three weeks; installation is scheduled floor by floor so rooms stay sellable.

Contract fabrics are specified to survive commercial dry cleaning. We note the cycle on the handover sheet so housekeeping does not shrink the linings.
Yes, and in suites it is common. For whole-floor installations we would normally hard-wire rather than use battery motors, to remove the recharging burden from housekeeping.
