Quotations

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices for the reference size stated on each product page. The binding price is the written quotation issued after the free measurement visit, and it holds for thirty days.

Any price given before we have measured is an estimate only. Made-to-measure pricing depends on the finished dimensions, the fabric, the lining and the track or mechanism.

Measurements

We measure every window ourselves and take responsibility for those measurements. If you supply your own measurements and they prove incorrect, remaking the item is chargeable.

Deposit and payment

A deposit is payable on order to release the fabric and begin manufacture. The balance is due on completion of installation. Nothing is payable at the measurement visit.

Lead times

Lead times stated on product pages are typical working days from approval of the fabric, not from first contact. Motorised and contract orders take longer. We will tell you the expected date in writing at the point of order.

Installation

Installation is by our own fitters. Please ensure the windows are accessible and clear on the day. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in walls, ceilings or window frames that are revealed during fitting.

Warranty

5 years on workmanship and mechanisms from the date of installation, including motorised tracks and motors. Fabric is warranted against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised alteration, or fading of fabric fitted in direct sun where a UV-stable option was offered and declined.

Cancellation

You may cancel without charge at any point before manufacture begins. Once fabric has been cut to your measurements the order cannot be cancelled or returned, because the goods are made to your specification and cannot be resold.
